• Manage and oversee projects within the LATAM market, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion
• Develop and implement project strategies to meet business objectives and drive growth in the region
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project deliverables
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Facilitate meetings with legal, financial, and accounting professionals.
• Expert problem-solver, finding solutions in diverse scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with C-level executives to drive strategic initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success, proactively addressing issues as they arise
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the LATAM market

You’re good at:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Deep understanding of project methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools and software: Jira, Asana, Confluence
• 2 years of experience in project management within the LATAM market, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Native in Spanish
• Fluency in English
• Understanding of CRM systems is a plus (PipeDrive)
• Capability to manage multiple projects at once
• Exceptional negotiation prowess
• Proficient troubleshooter, adept at resolving challenges efficiently.
• Strong understanding of business operations and market dynamics in the LATAM region
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
