- Knowledge of the sales cycle, phasing;
- Ability to work with rational and effective channels of attracting customers;
- Professional in English (+ Portuguese or Spanish);
- Competent written and oral communication, the ability to formulate thoughts succinctly and easily.
What you will do :
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales figures and targets for B2B clients;
- Carrying out a preliminary analysis of the activity and business of potential customers in order to assess the possibility of selling the product;
- Constant contact with “cold” and “warm” customers through a combination of phone calls, personal contacts for appointments, and product presentations;
- Closing deals, developing a plan for further sales;
- Constant and regular communication about the status of negotiations with the client within the sales cycle;
- Interaction with the product development team to develop a specific value proposition to meet the client’s business needs;
- Further accompaniment and support of the client, solving issues arising during the use of the product;
- Management and constant updating of the customer base for reporting.
