Your mission
- Own the payment and partnership strategy across the top ~10 LATAM economies by GDP
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, wallets, card schemes, and processors
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term agreements
- Conduct market research (regulation, competition, risks, and opportunities) and present insights to the CEO
- Manage and grow existing partnerships, including commercial terms, buy rates, and contracts
- Ensure smooth partner integrations by collaborating closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering
- Track KPIs and ensure partnerships deliver on performance and cost-efficiency targets
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience managing partnerships in payments, FinTech, or financial institutions
- Proven track record working with LATAM markets
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, gateways, and infrastructure
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Strategic mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and C-level executives
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
