Payment Partnerships Manager

Your mission

  • Own the payment and partnership strategy across the top ~10 LATAM economies by GDP
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, wallets, card schemes, and processors
  • Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term agreements
  • Conduct market research (regulation, competition, risks, and opportunities) and present insights to the CEO
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships, including commercial terms, buy rates, and contracts
  • Ensure smooth partner integrations by collaborating closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering
  • Track KPIs and ensure partnerships deliver on performance and cost-efficiency targets

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience managing partnerships in payments, FinTech, or financial institutions
  • Proven track record working with LATAM markets
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems, gateways, and infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
  • Strategic mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and C-level executives
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
