Product Manager (Payments)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of LaFinteca’s payment and crypto products across Argentina, Chile, and Peru. This role has a critical impact on our product direction, overseeing core decisions related to payment infrastructure, wallet architecture, PSP integrations, and crypto on/off-ramp functionality.

Your mission

• Own the product strategy for payment solutions across key LATAM markets
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
• Evaluate solution options (in-house, white-label, hybrid) and recommend the best approach
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to support planning, prioritization, and delivery
• Define user journeys and ensure seamless end-to-end experiences
• Align with stakeholders across Tech, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance
• Participate in testing, monitor progress, and proactively mitigate risks

Your profile

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Solid understanding of APMs, PSPs, payment gateways, card schemes, wallets, settlement & reconciliation flows.
• Strong crypto product knowledge: wallets, custody, liquidity aggregation, blockchain basics, on/off-ramps.
• Ability to produce full specification packages (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflow diagrams, API specs).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SDKs, integration patterns, WebSockets, SDLC, SIT/UAT.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
