International Legal Counsel (UA or RU speaker)

Are you ready to shape the legal backbone of a fast-growing international fintech?

AtLaFinteca, we’re looking for an International Legal Counsel to drive our corporate strategy and expansion across LATAM and beyond.

As our International Legal Counsel, you’ll be astrategic partner to the CEO, guiding where, how, and under which structure to open companies internationally. You’ll ensure legal efficiency, tax optimization, and regulatory compliance, while enabling our ambitious growth plans.

Your Mission

• Lead company incorporation and structuring in multiple jurisdictions, primarily LATAM.
• Advise on jurisdiction selection, factoring in tax, regulation, operational risk, and cost.
• Manage the full lifecycle of legal entities: incorporations, governance, filings, restructurings, and liquidations.
• Coordinate and supervise local counsels and authorities, maintaining ownership of the process.
• Provide ongoing corporate, commercial, and international law advice to business and finance teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements (shareholder agreements, service agreements, NDAs, partnerships).
• Support cross-border transactions and international expansion initiatives.
• Advise on tax-related legal aspects in collaboration with finance.
• Monitor LATAM legal developments and assess their impact on our group structure.

Your profile

• LLB or Master’s in Law.
• 4+ years of experience in international corporate law (in-house or consulting for multinationals).
• Hands-on experience with company registration and corporate structuring in multiple countries, ideally LATAM.
• Strong knowledge of international corporate structures and tax optimization principles.
• Ability to act independently as a business-oriented legal advisor.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries.
• Prior involvement in group structuring or holding-company models.
• Experience supporting fast-growing international scale-ups.
